Child health and development - Child Health Surveillance (CHS)All babies require an 8 week check, which is carried out by the GP. If you have not received an appointment for this, please contact reception to book this. All baby immunisations are given by the Practice Nurse. Please book appointments at reception
Diabetes Clinic providing insulin initiation - Diabetic ClinicDiabetic Nurse Specialist Jeff Pond runs a clinic at the surgery once a month. This is for patients with poorly controlled diabetes/complications. Appointments can be booked via GP/Practice Nurse
