We no longer carry out spirometry for diagnoses. If you require an appointment for diagnoses, you will be referred to the Community Respiratory Clinic
The following is a list of the immunisations your child needs that the surgery provides:
8 weeks (2 Months)
- 5-in-1 (DTaP/IPV/Hib) vaccine
- Pneumococcal
- Rotavirus Vaccines
- Men B
12 weeks (3 months)
- 5-in-1 (DTaP/IPV/Hib) vaccine
- Men C
- Rotavirus Vaccines
16 weeks (4 Months)
- 5-in-1 (DTaP/IPV/Hib) vaccine
- Pneumococcal
- Men B
12 months - 13 months
- Hib/Men C booster, given as a single jab containing meningitis C (second dose) and Hib (fourth dose)
- Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)
- Pneumococcal (PCV)
- Men B
Pre-school boosters (3 Years and 4 Months)
- Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)
- 4-in-1 (DTaP/IPV) pre-school booster, given as a single jab containing vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough (pertussis) and polio
