It is very important to plan your vaccinations in advance of travel.
Minimum 6 weeks in advance of your travel date in order to organise and time your vaccinations in order for them to be effective.
When you are booking or have just booked your holiday please ask for the travel vaccinations forms from reception (the branch that you are registered at).
Please take one form for each person travelling
On completing your forms,please hand them in to reception for the attention of our nurse -Mrs Beverley Jones who will check the information you have given to see what vaccinations you need.

Male Health Clinics are provided under the GPwSI Service via referral froma GP.
These clinics include Vasectomy and ED services

This service requires a referral by your GP
