Child Immunisations - Child ImmunisationsWith the practice Nurse.
For 1st primary immunisations they begin at 8 weeks of age , then 12 weeks and 16 weeks of age.
12months boosters at exactly after the childs 1st Birthday.
You can book these appointments with the practice nurse if you have not received a remider from the NHS immunisations team. The nurse will check the immunisation status first prior to any immunisations being given.
This service requires a referral by your GP
Learning disability health checkMinor surgery (e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house - Minor Surgery
This is a GP led service and must be assessed via a GP in the first instance . The GP will add you to the waiting list if required .
This is by GP assessment and referral by our in house GP only
Nurse Sidhu undertakes contraceptive implant fitting by prior assessment by her in the 1st instance and a booked appointment.
