Karen predominantly works within admin, she is our IT guru who usually assists in any IT problems the practice has. karen also completes patient registrations and the workload associated with this. She also undertakes many patient related admin tasks such as co-ordination of baby immunisations and cervical screening.

Secretary

Donna is the practice's secretary and is responsible for processing all referrals and letters. She also takes the bi-monthly practice minutes which include the multi-disciplinary teams from the wider community such as health visitors, district nurses and macmillan nurses.
