Services

Child Health Surveillance, including well baby check ups, developmental assessments and immunisation.  This programme is carried out by the Doctors and Health Visitors for your children from birth up to four years of age.

This is strongly recommended for all children.  Appointments are sent out by post for childhood immunisation

Certain minor surgery procedures are carried out in the surgery.  The range of surgical procedures will increase as new facilities are available.

This is carried out by a trained counsellor

This service requires a referral by your GP

Vaccination and advice on foreign travel are available from your Doctor and Practice Nurse.  Immunisation against yellow fever is available at Werrington Health Centre.  Charges may be incurred for certain vaccinations. THIS SERVICE IS FOR OUR REGISTERED PATIENTS ONLY, please collect a holiday vaccination form from Reception
