For the monitoring of patients requiring Warfarin

(If a child is unwell please make an appointment with a doctor in routine surgery hours, not in the well baby clinic.) Developmental checks: Tuesday afternoons by appointment: Dr Hoffbrand. Immunisations: Baby immunisation is by appointment with the Practice Nurse.
The Health Visitor can be contacted at Oak Lane Clinic on 020 8349 7000.  There is also a clinic at Bell Lane Children’s Centre on Wednesday afternoons.  Immunisations are given according to current recommended guidelines. If a suggested date is unsuitable please cancel it and arrange an alternative.

The Central London Community Healthcare Podiatry service provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disease and conditions affecting the foot and lower limb. Our treatments are focused on relieving symptoms, improving function, disease prevention, and maintaining independence and well-being. Advice, help and support to give up smoking. Please book an appointment with the Practice Nurse.

Advice on all aspects of travel health/vaccinations given as required.  A charge is made for non-NHS vaccines (eg. Yellow fever, Meningitis) and for certificates.  Please book at least six weeks in advance of intended travel, and complete the travel questionnaire.
