Patients with suspected asthma can be referred to the Nurses for help with a possible diagnosis. Patients who have been diagnosed will be asked to come in annually to have a review and have their medication, their compliance and their techniques reviewed by the Practice Nurse. If you have any problems with controlling your asthma- please ask for an appointment with the Nurse
You can attend this service without a referral

Advice & Support given to Stop Smoking.

The Nurse of Health Improvement Practitioner will see you to advise and offer support to help you "QUIT" smoking.

This service is provided by the Practice Nurse. All patients must complete a travel questionnaire at least 6 weeks before travelling.
