Our Practice Nurse is pleased to offer your child their primary vaccinations in this dedicated clinic.
The clinic is on the last Thursday of each month 11am until 11.30am.  An appointment will be sent to you by Child Health department at Bolton PCT, however if you have any concerns please contact the surgery and the staff will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
