Dr Samir Moghanchi

Principal Specialist in Orthodontics

Sam qualified his BDS from Liverpool University in 1990, he spent one year as a House Officer in the Dental Hospital, later joining a General Dental Practice within the Liverpool area.

In 1993, having secured the Primary FDS, he moved to London as an senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at King's College Hospital where he later completed the Final FDS in the Surgical Speciality.

In 1994 Sam was accepted on to the MOrth Specialty Training Program at King's College culminating in an MSc (1996) and the MOrth Certificate in 1997. Dr Moghanchi is currently a full member of the GDC Specialist Register in Orthodontics.

Since opening the Battersea Orthodontic Practice in 1999, Sam has delivered an outstanding service treating both NHS and Private Patients achieving excellent results.

Dr Adil Mannan

Associate Specialist in Orthodontics

Dr Mannan completed his undergraduate dental training in 1994, and after a brief period in dental practice, he undertook a further 3-year full-time training programme in Orthodontics at Guy's Hospital, London and completed his MSc in Orthodontics from London University in 2001.

He also attained a Membership in Orthodontics from both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2001. Further qualifications include a Fellowship in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2003 and also a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr Mannan is fully registered with the General Dental Council and is on the Specialist List for Orthodontics.

He is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and the European Orthodontic Society; and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.

In 2013 Dr Mannan won the prestigious British Orthodontic Society "Against the Odds" national competition, for achieving exceptional and life-changing treatment results in difficult circumstances.

Adil enjoys working towards achieving memorable smiles with both children and adults. He is particularly interested in the aesthetic aspects of the smile in relation to facial harmony and each person's individual characteristics.
