With the Practice Nurses. Please make your appointment via reception.

Immunisation clinic for children aged from 0 - 5 years.

The Practice holds the childhood immunisation clinic each week on Friday between 09:30 - 12:30. The clinic is ran by Carla & Gemma our Practice Nurses, patients will receive a letter advising them of an appointment or alternatively will be contacted by our immunisation coordinator.

If you are unable to attend the on Friday morning clinic please contact the immunisation coordinator who will be happy to offer you a convenient appointment.

This service requires a referral by your GP

A colleague from We Are With You attends the Practice twice weekly and offers appointments to our patients. Referral should be made by your GP or Support Worker, please ask at reception if you are unsure who can refer.

The clinic offer support and care plans to those who attend.

This service requires a referral by your GP

Appointments can be made with our Health Trainer who will offer advice and guidance on health, diet and welbeing. Please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse who will make an in-house referral and offer for an appointment.
