Travel health with yellow fever

Please make an appointment at least six to eight weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. You will be asked to complete a travel form before booking your appointment. A charge will be made for some immunisations and vaccinations which are not covered by the NHS. A list of these charges is held at reception and full payment will be required at the time of your first consultation.
Carlton House Surgery is an authorised Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.
