All patients with asthma are offered a yearly review as an opportunity to discuss any symptoms or problems they may be having with medication. Patients will be given a personalized management plan to enable them to manage their asthma to their best ability.

You can see the Health Visitor on Friday afternoons in this clinic for well babies from birth to 5 years of age. Provides an opportunity to obtain advice on common concerns regarding child welfare.This is a walk-in clinic from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm

Our COPD clinics offer the opportunity to discuss any respiratory concerns our patients might have. It will include a yearly breathing test and a review of your medications and how you are using them.

All patients with diabetes are offered a yearly review with our practice nurses to review blood pressure, diet, glucose control, foot care, and any issues patients may wish to discuss. The nurse will book you in to see a GP if any changes to medication are required to help control. Patients will be given a personalized management plan to help them to manage their diabetes.

Patients who have stitches or clips for removal or who require dressings are asked to book an appointment with the nurse (not the doctor) in advance wherever possible.

If your doctor or nurse has given you a form for a blood test, you will need to book an appointment with one of our phlebotomists, who have clinics every day. Early morning appointments are available on Wednesdays.

This clinic is run by the Smoke Free Hackney Service, and give patients the support they need to help them to quit smoking. The first appointment that each patient attends will last approximately 20 minutes with each appointment that follows only lasting 10 minutes. If you are planning to travel abroad you may need some vaccinations to protect you from certain diseases. Our practice nurses hold designated travel clinics where they can give you the latest advice on travel health and offer a full range of vaccinations. It is advised that you make plans for your travel health consultation at least 6-8 weeks prior to travel. You may need more than one visit to complete a course of vaccinations, and in some cases you may need more than one appointment to ensure that you are fully advised for your trip.
