Apart from a focus on general and preventative dentistry, the practice offers a range of specialisms including impants, endodontics, orthontics, aestheics and cosmetic dentistry. 

All clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council.  They are chosen and trained for clinical excellence as well as their commitment to the delivering dentistry in a caring and patient centric way.

After graduating from Leeds University in 2009, Sheena was awarded her MFDS in 2011 and elected as a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2011.  Sheena started her dentistry career in Blackpool, before returning to the South, to join a large 6-surgery mixed practice in Kent.  It is here that she developed her dentistry skills and developed her interest in smile design & appearance.   After 3 years in Kent, Sheena joined a boutique practice in the heart of London where she has excelled in general dentistry as well as deepened her clinical skills in Aesthetics and Cosmetic dentistry.  

Sheena is committed to continuous learning in order to both, develop herself professionally, as well as to provide the very best to her patients.  She keeps abreast of cutting-edge aesthetic techniques by attending symposia and courses in these specialisms.  Sheena excels in all facial aesthetics, including Botox and therefore able to offer her patients a one-stop service in all round Dental and Facial Aesthetics.  Combined with her excellent clinical skills, Sheena is friendly, approachable and caring, which makes her very popular with patients.

She is married and lives in Essex with her husband, and their little boy Dylan.  They spend their time exploring London, enjoying its varied cuisine and the theatre, as well as following Wimbledon and the ups and downs of the England football team.

Dr Vandna Chamund

Dental Surgeon

Vandna graduated with a Biological science BSc Hons from Westminster University in 2004, where she participated in a research project on Malaria at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She then obtained a dental nursing qualification from Eastman Dental hospital and NVQ III.

Dr. Chamund qualified from St. Bart's & The Royal London Hospital, Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010 with honors. She then completed her vocational training with the London Deanery as part of the Eastman scheme at a general dental practice in Surrey, where she took part in oral health promotion for children in local schools. In 2011, she worked as a senior house officer in Paediatric Dentistry at Bart's and the London NHS trust.

Dr. Chamund has a  vast knowledge of working with adults and young children who suffer from dental anxiety, are physically disabled, have learning difficulties and syndromes. Vandna has also been on a facial aesthetics course to carry out dermal fillers, lip enhancement and smooth wrinkles.

Vandna's hobbies include yoga, meditation and travelling.

Mr Darshan Venkateshwara Boindala

Dental Surgeon

Darshan  is a dentist with special interest in Oral surgery and sedation. He has worked in various maxillofacial surgery units in London & the South East over 10 years and gained a medical degree in 2008 from the St Bartholomews & the London School of Medicine & Dentistry.

He has been providing Oral surgery and IV sedation services succesfully in our surgery since 2010.  He is commited to professional development and has a Diploma in Dental Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons.  Additionally Darshan is a lecturer & examiner at the Royal College of Surgeons, training post-graduate students in MFDS and MJDF.

Darshan's (limited) spare time is taken up with travel and socialising with friends and family.

Dr Gayathirie (Gaya) Sooriyacumar

Dental Surgeon

Gaya qualified from Kings College London in 2009. She then continued her postgraduate studies by completing her MFDS with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons Edinburgh in 2012. 

Gaya has a special interest in providing cosmetically focused treatments, treating nervous patients and children. Gaya undertakes cases in short term straightening of teeth including C-FAST & Quick Straight Teeth systems, transforming smiles and endeavouring to meet her patients’ expectations.  Furthermore she has training in sleep apnoea and prescribes anti-snoring treatments, which in a different, yet very important, way transform lives. 

Dr Gaya is very approachable, gentle and caring and takes pride in providing painless quality dentistry.

Mrs Bita Ghanizadeh

Dental Hygienist

Bita qualified as a professional hygienist in 2012 and has been with Billericay Dental Care since that time.

She values the direct patient contact as well as the dental practice environment.  She believes in educating patients in dental care as well as overall oral hygiene.  For her, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing her patients improve and making a difference to their oral healthcare as well as general well being.

Bita believes in providing the very best for her patients in a caring, sensitive and unobstrusive manner.

Mr Bradley Taylor

Dental Hygienist

Bradley qualified from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013 and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Oral Health Promotion.

Bradley is particularly skilled and adept at treating the nervous patient.  He has a natural ability to build rapport and trust, and patients comment on how rewarding their treatment has been.

​He is also qualified to carry out Professional Tooth Whitening.
