Pauline commenced at the The Old Church Surgery as a Advanced Nurse Practitioner in September 2015. The Practice is delighted  Pauline has joined their team as she is a great asset to the clinical team.

Kay joined the Practice team in 2018. Kay has many years of experience as both a Practice Nurse and originally as a MacMillan Nurse. Kay works Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Practice

Mrs Sue Crabbe

Practice Manager

Sue Crabbe is an experienced Practice Manager who has been involved in practice, health centre and business management within the NHS for 30 years. Sue joined the Practice in 2013

Sue's  innovative work within the borough led her to be awarded NHS Waltham Forest Practice Manager of the Year in 2004 and 2005.

Mary joined our Reception team in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of experience of working in the NHS. Mary is an experienced Medical Secretary and has also undertaken Health Care Assistant training.

Doreen joined the Practice in 2014. Doreen previously worked in the healthcare sector but is new to General Practice. We are delighted to have her as a member of our reception team.

Sharon has been with the practice since 1998. Sharon undertakes medical secretarial and administration duties.

Teddie joined the Practice in 2014 as a Junior Apprentice. Teddie has successfully completed her apprenticeship and is now a permanent member of the reception team.Teddie has recently started training to become a Health Care Assistant and she is mentored by Pauline, our Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Liz joined the Old Church team in June 2019. Liz joined the Practice following ,many years working in secondary care as a Medical Secretary.   Liz works in reception and also undertakes secretarial tasks throughout the week.

Sue Platt

Sue works closely with the Practice Management team at the practice. Sue is an expereinced secretary and her administrative and secretarial skills are proving to be a great asset to the management team

Belinda Powell-Davis

Administrator

Belinda joined the Practice in 2018 but she has worked within the NHS for many years. Belinda provides administration support to the reception team.

Teresa joined the Practice in October 2018. Teresa is experienced in all aspects of NHS reception and administration and the Practice is delighted to welcome her to the team
