The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day operational management of the practice including service delivery, complaints, contracting, human resources, information governance, supporting the Partners and other medical professionals with delivering good quality patient care.  

The post also oversees processes and structures to support both Clinicians and the wider practice team and is supported in this role by Team Leaders for both back and front office functions.

Dylan Roberts is our Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He is able to offer an alternative choice to your GP and can help with any aspect of mental and emotional well-being.

Community and Care Co-Ordinator

Our Community and Care Co-ordinator works 3 days a week providing a valuable service tsupporting patients with their particualr needs, which can range from advising on local help availale such as Age uk. The Community Care Co-ordinator has experience of working with a range of patients, she supports our patients with learning disabilites, and can attend their annual review appointments at the GP practice if required. 

Services

Asthma Clinics are run on various days of the week. Clinics are run by Sister Hewitt and Sister McAlinden.  An appointment should be made.

COPD clinics are run by Sister Hewitt and Sister McAlinden on various days of the week. Appointments are needed.
