I qualified from the University of Manchester in 1999. . In 2002 I decided to broaden my experience by joining the oral surgery team at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. This allowed me to gain experience in various oral surgery procedures and also assist in complex surgery. By 2003 I also successfully completed my postgraduate exams for entry into specialist training. Following this I worked in community clinics in the Manchester area dealing with children with special needs and anxious adults.
I enjoy improving patients dental health and keeping it maintained. I aim to work alongside my patients in achieving their goals and dreams…
I have recently completed a postgraduate certificate in endodontics(root canal treatment) and hope to carry on learning new skills to be able to provide my patients with the best care and advice.

Dr Omar Butt is a highly experienced general dental practitioner who has taken over Handforth Dental Practice since February 2015.
He is a highly experienced practitoner who currently also runs the woolton Dental Practice in South Liverpool which he has owned since July 2006.
He has completed his postgraduate membership exams with the Royal College of Surgeons(MDJFrcs) and also an MSc in Endodontics(root canal treatment) at the University of Central Lancashire.
He currently works 2 days a week at the practice ,they are Tuesday and Friday and offers both early and late appointments.

Kam is originally from the Midlands and after graduating from Bristol University in 1993 moved up to the Northwest.
She has gained many years of experience in all aspects of dentistry working in Hospital and General Practice, both Private and NHS.
She has a passion for the job and has an interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry using tooth coloured filling materials.
She is also very skilled in Oral Surgery and able to remove teeth efficiently and painlessly.
Having a caring and friendly nature she is able to put patients at ease and takes pride in providing a high quality of care and treatment with skill and competence.
Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending family time with her husband and three young boys , this keeps her fit as they are always active and on the go !
