Please make an appointment with our Practice Nurses Leona or Lynn for any asthma related concerns.

If a GP believes you would benefit from counselling or if you request a referral to see a counsellor,the GP will in the first instance give you a Therapy For Your referral request form which you complete and return in the envelope provided.Once your referral has been accepted you will be offered an appointment with a counsellor based here at the surgery. Sessions are usually held on Friday afternoons.

Should you wish to give up smoking we are able to signpost to you the appropriate support service.
