Services
Asthma ClinicIncreasing Numbers of people of all ages are suffering from asthma. Your doctor will make the initial diagnosis and explain your treatment. Our specially trained practice nurses will then ensure that the treatment is effective by checking inhaler techniques and measuring lung function on a regular basis, referring to your doctor if necessary.
Child ImmunisationsImmunisations and baby checks are undertaken at the surgery. At this clinic we provide immunisations, health advice, weight measurement, baby checks: non infectious rashes, feeding advice, etc. It is not appropriate to bring babies or children who may have infectious illnesses, e.g. gastro-enteritis or chickenpox, these should be seen in normal surgery. Please note: Vaccinations cannot be given without your child's red book, so please remember to bring this along to any appointment.
COPD clinic with spirometryPatients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) are advised to have a check up at least annually to make sure they get the best treatment for their breathing problems.
Diabetes Clinic providing insulin initiation - Diabetes Clinic Type 1 & 2Increasing numbers of people of all ages are suffering from diabetes.
