Responsible for the overall leadership, management and direction of the Practice and clinical/non-clinical services including working relationships with NHS England, Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group, Improving Health Ltd (South Southwark) Londonwide LMC and external agencies.  Member of the Southwark PM Management Forum and working to give best possible clinical and patient care/service to our 10600 patient community.

Sue is the Reception / Patient Services Manager who is responsible to the Practice Manager and Senior Partner for the timely quality service given to the 10600 patient population with patient appointments and post appointment administration, room and waiting room availability, on the spot assistance to clinicians and coordination of patient integrated care administration.

Sue is the line manager to all the reception team staff.

Jackie is the Administration Manager responsible to the Practice Manager and Senior Partner for the timely inputting of patient admin data including incoming and outgoing patient records, new registrations, medical letters and referrals, external agency report requests, day to day running of the EMIS Web and Docman systems and day to day financial transaction inputs.

Jackie is the line manager to the Admin team staff

Tom is the Senior Receptionist with day to day responsibility for opening the practice and timely running and admin of the Patient Appointment Book and his small team..

Tom is deputy to the Patient Services Manager when the former is on leave running the Reception team and department inc running the current GP rota book.

Sarah supervises the Telephone Triage Management Room which takes the incoming Tele Triage calls until 10am and all other calls, carefully directing them for GP call back, admin work or to the Extended Access Centre at IHL.  She works closely with the on call GP to ensure he/she is able to consult with the large patient list on the day.

Counsellor

Dinah Butler is the SLAM employed Practice based Counsellor who delivers a very high quality Mental Health based Counselling Service to the Camberwell Green and other practices patient community via direct inter practice referrals.

Dinah has a small team of Honorary Counsellors who assist her at various times in the week providing a wider service as they progress to graduate level in Mental Health Counselling.
