This service requires a referral by your GP

We dispense to patients living in the following villages:-

Hannington, Holcot, Old, Overstone, Pitsford, Scaldwell, Sywell and Walgrave

This service requires a referral by your GP

Please contact us as soon as you know where and when you are travelling, ideally 8 weeks before travelling. If you do not give us sufficient notice your vaccinations may not have time to become effective. We will need details of your date of departure, where you are going and what sort of accommodation you are staying in. You will then be given an appointment with a practice nurse so that we can give you general travel advice and advice on what immunisations, if any, you need. We do not provide those immunisations that are not available on the NHS. You will be advised to attend a private clinic.

You may come to the surgery and complete a pre-travel questionnaire and book an appointment with a practice nurse
