Anticoagulant monitoring and dosing - provided in-house - Anticoagulant MonitoringIf you are taking Warfarin it is important that you are monitored regularly. The nurse will sometimes need to speak to a Doctor for advice regarding your medication and to have new prescriptions issued.
Asthma Clinic - Respiratory ClinicYou will normally receive an invite for review within this clinic
Child Immunisations - Baby ClinicWe run an immunisation clinic every Thursday morning. If you have any worries or concerns about any of the immunisations please come in and have a chat.
Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC - eg IUD or implant) - Coil Fitting
Dr Ande holds a family planning certificate and is fully qualified to fit coils. Patients should initially make an appointment to see Dr Ande to discuss their contraceptive options and if appropriate will then be booked for a coil fit with Dr Ande who is assisted by one of the nursing team
Minor surgery (e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house - Minor SurgeryThis service requires a referral by your GP
Phlebotomy - Pheblotomy ClinicIf your doctors has requested that you have a blood test you should make an appointment with Jane, our Health Care Assistant. Should these times be inconvenient for you then you can attend the phlebotomy clinics at Ryde and Newport - please ask for opening times.
Physiotherapy - provided in house and available on NHS - PhysiotherapyThis service is operated by the Physio Department at the NHS Trust. Patients must see a GP for referral to this service.
