This service requires a referral by your GP

Baby clinic (childhood immunisations & vaccinations) is held every Tuesday afternoon from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. Patients with children who need immunisations need to book an appointment for this clinic if not prearranged with the child health department. The vaccinations are carried out by the Practice Nurse (Dianne Davis) with the assistance of Miss Olivia Smith (HCA) all baby assesments are carried out by Dr E Klimko / Dr M Stewart. (Please bring your red book to any baby clinic appointments this will ensure that a correct record is kept of all vaccinations and assesments)

The blood clinics are held on a Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday / Thursday 9.00am -1.00pm / Friday 9.00am - 11.00am - Olivia Smith (Healthcare Assistant).

ALL BLOOD SAMPLES MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE 2.00PM ( Daily collection at the practice 2.15pm)
