I have a special interest in Teaching and Training, and have been recently approved as a GP Trainer. I also have an interest in Mental Health and dealing with complex patients. Outside work, I am a musician and vocalist in an alternative hip-hop band.

I originally come from Liverpool, and started my career in healthcare as a nurse training in Glasgow. I then worked back in Liverpool for a number of years, before moving on to medical training. I qualified from Leicester Medical School in 2009, and then moved up to Yorkshire, working in Wakefield and then Bradford. I did my GP training here in Bradford, with my final training post here at Horton Park, where I am now working as a salaried GP. My particular areas of professional interest are in older peoples' care and palliative care.

I live in Bradford with my Family, and out of work I am kept busy with my 2 young children. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially in the countryside and in the garden. I am interested in various environmental issues, and i love to cycle to work when i can.

Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other clinicians with delivering and enhancing patient services and patient experience.

Practice Nurses and Doctors help to run our child health clinics, on Thursdays at Horton Park between 10.00-11.30 .

Childhood vaccinations are also performed regularly in these clinics by either the Practice nurses or the Doctors. For parents who are unable to attend these clinics the nurses and Doctors will see you in normal surgery times as well.

For pre school boosters ie 3 years, 4 months please try to book an appointment.

Dr Harrison and our Nursing team run Diabetic clinics for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetic patients. Our aim is that they are seen regularly by the nurse if they are Level 1 patients or every 4 months by both Doctor and Nurse if they are Level 2. We also screen at risk patients for Diabetes.

This service requires a referral by your GP

This is an annual invitation where patients are booked an appointment with their accountable GP

Dr Tim Clarke also regularly performs joint injections to shoulders, knees, elbows and fingers for all our patients. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this service has been stopped until further notice.
