As the Administration and Finance Manager, I support families and team members with all administrative matters and I enjoy building relationships with our residents and their families. I enjoy working closely with our team and families and am committed to my role and the support it provides to those around me.

I have been the registered Home Manager at Karuna Manor since February 2017. I am pleased to be leading an exceptional team who are dedicated to delivering excellent person-centred care and we are proud to be rated Good in all areas by CQC.
I have a vast experience in clinical care, with the last 25 years specialising in elderly care. I am passionate about supporting my team members and I am most fulfilled when I enjoy spending time with our residents who love to enjoy a chat and a chuckle.

Hotel Services Manager
I have been at Karuna Manor since it first opened its doors in 2015. I joined the team as Admin and Finance Manager and seized the opportunity to develop my role and contribution to the home in a position working closely with residents and their families.
As the Hotel Services Manager, I oversee the hospitality, catering and wellbeing offering in the home and I thoroughly enjoy being so involved in providing the residents at Karuna Manor with an exceptional level of service and lifestyle activities.
I thrive on knowing I am able to fulfil residents wishes and am most rewarded when I know I have been able to make a difference to their lives with a smile on their face.

Maintenance Manager
I joined Karuna Manor in November 2016 and have many years experience providing support for residents in a care home environment.
I make sure that the residents at Karuna Manor enjoy their home by maintaining high-quality standard across our beautiful building and gardens.
I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with our residents and talking with them as I go about my duties and I work closely with our team to support with events and activities in the home.
I take pride in knowing the residents feel at ease to chat with me and often enjoy sitting down with a cup of tea with them long after I've finished my work.

Community Development Manager
I have been visiting Karuna Manor since 2016 as a guest entertainer. I have now joined the team as the Community Development Manager working closely with residents and their families responsible for all the new admissions and enquiries. It gives me great pleasure to be able to give the families and residents of Karuna Manor an unique experience.
Being able to converse fully in both Gujarati and Hindi, allows me to communicate with the residents as well as assist them with any requirements or needs they may have.
