Have you ever wondered how to cook your weekly restaurant style curry wether its chicken tikka mosala or a good old chicken bhuna at home.

Learn to put together exotic spices and ingredients available in any asian supermarkets in a fully equipped kitchen based in Great Barr.

Access to culinary knowledge only found within Indian takeaways and restaurants, learning traditional techniques in the style that Indian Chefs use in Birmingham.

An open and relaxed learning environment where you can ask questions and are given culinary advice on how to transfer these skills to suit your kitchen facilities, as well
as your lifestyle.

Small groups (maximum of 4 people per session)

Preparing traditional Indian dishes yourself, under expert supervision, hands-on with demonstrations.

You will make enough to eat for your own enjoyment during the workshop and to take home EVERYTHING you make!

All workshop prices include your ingredients and equipment used.

2 hour class at £60.00pp

30 min - explaining the core effects and origins of each spice

15 min - discuss each dish and start prepping

45 min - start cooking and talk through all stages and effects of different cooking methods. Take part or watch entirely upto the client.

30 min - try the dishes and answer any questions.

you will walk away with your 30 min recipe for four different dishes and most importantly the confidence and ease on cooking up your own.

Classes will run on Sunday afternoon, refreshments will be provided.
