A deposit is required to confirm your date, until then the date is available to others, you will be notified 1st if we have an enquiry for these dates, at which time I will need confirmation from you.

- Early access of 12 pm noon
- Use of max 400 Banqueting chairs
- Use of 40 x 6ft round tables
- Use of stage (2ft high x 4.5mtrs wide x 4mtrs deep)
- Finish time of 12.00am, vacate at 1.00am (£450.00 additional until 2am vacate by 3am)
- Cleaning and security is an additional charge)
- Use of kitchen facilities
- Use of our bar area to serve
- On site care taker
- On site security guard
- License for you to bring your own alcohol
-Or in-house Paid bad provided at a cost
- Use of your own decorators
- Use of your own caterers
- Use of 1 changing room (Lockable)
-In-house catering and events planning at a additional charge .

The venue has gone under extensive decoration from new toilets top to bottom , and grand crystal chandeliers, and new carpet.
