Rita has been working with Bupa for over seven years in a number of roles within clinics and Bupa insurance, successfully managing the flagship clinic in the heart of London. She has over 16 years of people management and training experience and has a passion for creating, developing and leading great teams to success and making the environment a pleasant one where people love coming to work. With all this experience we are delighted to welcome her to Manor Court to lead the team here.

What are you enjoying most about working in care services? I have really enjoyed getting to know the residents and the staff well and working with them to make Manor Court the best place to live and work.

What have been your first priorities in the role? Firstly getting to know everyone in the home and also the ways of working and how these can be developed further. I have also begun to rebuild links with our exciting and diverse community to build awareness of the developments at the home.
