I am an experienced freelance planning agent, with over 10 years experience working as an Architectural Technician (B-Eng (Hons) in Civil-Engineering). Please see examples of my works.

The vast majority of our work is for private clients submitting planning applications for residential extensions in the London Boroughs including Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge and Newham Council. We provide our clients with a full set of professional scaled architectural drawings using advanced CAD software (computer aided design).

We offer a very competitive price for professional drawing services with no hidden costs. Important Note: all planning applications are subject to local authority registration fees - In general, registration fees for private residential household extensions are currently around £206. You must pay this amount directly to your local authority planning department at the time of submission. Our fees do NOT INCLUDE this registration fees.

How long does it take to prepare the full set of scaled drawings?

We normally require a turnaround period of 2-weeks. However, we always aim to complete our works before that period. It depends on our workload and your requirements.

Our general work and payment procedure :
We will discuss your project brief and requirements thoroughly exploring with you new ways of achieving your desired design targets. Should you choose to appoint and instruct us to carry out your works, we will need to conduct a measured survey of the full property, ideally on the same day.

Payments will be required in three equal stages:
Stage 1- When you instruct us to begin works, an initial deposit of 1/3 of total agreed fees is required and payable upfront. This is to cover our costs to carry out the surveys, preparing the ordnance survey and block plans (we cover this cost). Also the general case preparation and administration. This is non-refundable.

Stage 2 - Once your full set of existing drawing have been prepared, the second payment is due. Once payment has been made we provide you with a full PDF version.

Stage 3 - Once your full set of proposed drawings have been prepared, the third payment is due. Once payment has been made we provide you with a full PDF version.

Throughout the project as we progress with your design and drawings we will communicate and keep you updated using online formats. Once you are satisfied with the design drawings we will then produce the final version in PDF format ready for submission. Please note we ONLY hand over full PDF versions (draft or final plans) once fees have been paid in full at each stage. Thank you for your understanding.
