This service requires a referral by your GP

All patients with asthma are encouraged to book for a yearly review, which is usually with the nurse or GP. This is a longer appointment where you will have a medication review and a personalised asthma plan.
Unfortunately the statistics show that patients still die with poorly controlled asthma, and we would like to ensure patients are living healthily with their asthma.

1st Wednesday of every month 11am -12.30pm

We provided implant insertions and general contraceptive services at the clinic, please make enquiries with reception.

Tuesday (by appointment from Psychologist only)

This service requires a referral by your GP

Please book an appointment with our nurse at least six weeks before your travel date to get your immunisations.
