Dr Karamjeet Singh Bimbh

Dr Bimbh qualified in 1989 at the medical school of St Bartholomew’s hospital. He spent several years working in Hospitals specializing in Respiratory and General medicine. He then completed his General practice training at St Georges Hospital in Tooting before heading to the West country with his future wife. He came to Trowbridge and has been here ever since! He has developed further skills especially in cardiology where he now heads up the Trowbridge Health Centre Cardiology service.

The senior partner at Trowbridge Health Centre is Dr Stephen Locke. Dr Locke has special interest and expertise in caring for patients with cancer and respiratory medicine. Dr Locke is also a GP Trainer. This means he's involved with training doctors to become General Practitioners. Often he may have another doctor sitting in the consultaion with him so they can learn from the experience.

Asthma Clinic

We run regular clinics for annual reviews and appointments are available, should you be experiencing any problems with this condition.

Child Immunisations

Clinics are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for babies and children. You will be contacted by the surgery to book an appointment when your child is due their vaccinations.

Diabetes Clinic providing insulin initiation - Diabetic Clinics

We run regular clinics and it is important you attend the appointment for blood tests prior to your diabetic review in order that the nurse or doctor can make any necessary adjustments to your medication. We also have a Diabetic Specialist Nurse for more complex Diabetic needs.

Learning disability health check

We offer an annual Health Check for all patients on our Learning Disability Register

Minor surgery (e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house - Minor Operations

These clinics are available regularly and our run by a GP and Nurse . You must be referred by the Doctor to this clinic and an appointment will be sent to you.

Travel health with yellow fever
