Miss Yasmin Alloub

Dentist

Yasmin is a skilled dental practitioner who is kind and conciencious. Yasmin has an interest in Endodontics (Root canal treatments) and is currently undertaking her post graduate masters in this area. Working at VRP on a part time basis pending the needs of the practice, she also works at our other practice, based in London. Working at the practice part time, she typically provides clinics on a monday and Tuesday.

Dilen is a skilled, kind and friendly dental practitioner with a gentle chairside manner. Very popular with our patients, He spends his time between here and London where our other practice is located. Dilen is currently undertaking post graduate studies in cosmetic dentistry and implantology. Working at the practice part time, he typically provides clinics on a monday and Tuesday.

Dentist

Ash assisted us with maternity cover here at Victoria Road and is now working part time at the practice - typically Thursdays and Fridays. Qualified from Sheffiled in 2011, he works at our other practice in Dorset regularly. Ash has a very gentle and calming chairside manner and is very poular with patients.

Ms Mary Burns

Dental Hygiene Therapist

Mary brings a wealth of experience in dental hygiene and is also a trained dental therapist which allows her to undertake some dental work, such as small fillings, upon prescription from the dentist. Passionate about oral health, she is well liked by patients and has a caring chairside manner. She is great with our younger patients, who respond well to her kind nature. Mary is a valued member of our team and offers supplimentary oral health care to our patients. She provides clinics on Wednesday mornings 9 til 1pm and Fridays 9-3.30.

Mrs Janki Patel

Dentist

Janki is currently on Maternity leave.

Janki came to us from London and is a skilled and professional dentist with a wonderful, gentle chairside manner. She has a background in both NHS & private dentistry as well as a previous post in maxilliofacial surgery. She joined us in August 2014 and has become a very popular choice for patients. Janki works at VRP Monday to Thursday.

Lisa has recently joined our team and has many years experence in dentisty as a Dental Nurse and Manager. Lisa will be managing the Practice day to day and has a special interest in the Practice Compliance. Lisa is also keen to help with any treatment advice / help you might need.

Mrs Sue Crellin

Head Receptionist and management support

Sue is a long standing and always smiling member of the VRP team and is always on hand to answer your queries, make you an appointment or solve a conundrum. 

Sue assists the practice manager with the smooth running of the practice, providing administrative support and deputises as necessary. Sue is a lovely reassuring presence for all our patients and is a marvellously kind and caring individual.

Miss Hollie Merritt

Operations Manager

Hollie is our area manager, she ensures the smooth running of our group of practices in the south west and in London. A qualified dental nurse, Hollie assists in surgery also as required.

Miss Leanne Hubbard

Dental Nurse

Leanne recently joined us as a student dental nurse in October 2018, training with us in conjunction with Exeter College. Her previous background is in childcare and is very well travelled .She is very kind, smiley and chatty with a great sense of humor and a sunny personality, this puts people at ease. You will find her assisting chairside with all of our practitioners or helping with adminstrative tasks.

Dental Nurse

Daisy is bright and friendly with great communication skills, making our patients feel at ease.  You will meet her at chairside supporting our dentists or on the reception desk. She has a keen interest in oral health. She visited Uganda in September 2018 with Dentaid to offer nursing support to Dentists providing care in rural African villages, schools and orphanages.

We are proud to say that Daisy won healthcare apprentice of the year at the apprentice and employer awards in 2019.
