Baby clinic with health visitor

You can have your baby vaccinated and have a 6 week check by the doctor and/or nurse who will be available to offer help and advice. Appointments are on Monday and Thursday 12.30am - 13.30pm.
Bring your red book to be completed at the same time. The Health Visitor does not attend the surgery. You may contact her on 020 86303536.

Smoking cessation clinic

If you would like to stop smoking counselling is available at The Hounslow Stop Smoking Programme on 0845 111 0155. Prescriptions for nicotine replacement therapy can be obtained from your GO in conjunction with counselling.

Travel health with yellow fever

Travel vaccinations are available for most destinations (often free under the NHS). We are a Yellow Fever Centre. Please complete the Travel assessment form which is available at Reception or on our website http://www.wellesleyroadsurgery.co.uk to download. Please allow at least 4 week for the nurse to assess your vaccination needs.
