Asthma reviews are done in routine appointments mainly by the practice nurse as we find this works better for patients as it is more flexible to their needs rather than a set clinic. Please inform the receptionist when booking an appointment so they can allocate enough surgery time

Unfortunately due to a shortfall in Health Visiting Services they now only attend the practice every other week to do 8 week assessments, please attend the Sure Start Centre for weight monitoring and general wellbeing

You will recieve an appointment to attend for the assessment at the surgery

Please book an appointment with the practice nurse for all childhood immunisation

Please arrange a routine appointment with one of the doctors to discuss if minor surgery is appropriate

The practice nurse and health care assistant will support patients with weight loss and refer to other professionals as necessary

Please book an appointment with the health care assistant preferably as this helps keep the practice nurse available for other clinical needs

The practice will refer patients to the smoking cessation service "Task" they hold a clinic at the practice on a Thursday afternoon, patients are also able to attend other clinics at various time and locations to suit their availablity

Unfortunately the practice does give Yellow Fever Injections but if you contact the surgery we will give the names of the local surgeries that do.
