Asthma Clinic

Asthma sufferers can telephone for an appointment with our nurses who specialise in asthma care.

Child Immunisations - Child Health and Immunisations

Antenatal - Tuesday 09:20 - 13:20

This clinic is run by the midwives. If you become pregnant, you will be given a 'booking appointment' at which the midwife will ask you a few questions and carry out some general health checks. You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the local hospital, or both.

Postnatal

Six Weeks after the birth of your baby a GP will see you for a postnatal examination; ask at reception for an appointment.

Child Health and Immunisations - Thursday 13:30 - 15:30

All new babies are invited for regular check-ups from eight weeks old and poorly babies are able to see a GP or nurse practitioner. Contact Reception for an appointment.

Diabetes Clinic providing insulin initiation

Led by our nursing team, who can offer advice and general health check-ups to patients diagnosed with diabetes, along with subsequent care plan.

Learning disability health check

Minor surgery (e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house - Minor surgery

Minor operations can be performed by GP's. Please discuss this with your Doctor who will then arrange for you to be given an appointment.

Obesity management clinic

Patients needing weight management advice and support can phone for an appointment with the nurses or the health care assistant.

Smoking cessation clinic - Stopping smoking

Patients needing smoking cessation advice and support can phone for an appointment with the nurses or the health care assistant.
