The Asthma clinic is run by the practice nursing team, reviews are annual, if you know when your review is due you can book in with one of the practice nurses, if you are unsure when you are due you can ask the admin team who will inform you of this. Don't worry if you forget as our admin team will send you an invite to attend. If you feel that your Asthma is not controlled and you cant wait for your annual review you can always book in sooner with one of the practice nurse, or if you are having an exacerbation of your asthma the admin team will be happy to arrange an appointment with one of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners or a GP.

Post natal and baby 6-8week checks are done by one of GP's within the practice. The practice nurses run the baby immunisations clinics. Your health visitor will arrange all child health surveillance reviews.

We hold 2 clinics a weeks for childhood vaccines Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Our local child heath department are responsible for sending out invites to these clinics as they follow the childhood vaccination programme. If you think you child is overdue for any vaccines please contact the practice and we will be happy to review this for you.

We offer all patients with COPD an annual check, these are carried out by the practice nursing team. If you know when you are due you can arrange an appointment with one of the practice nurses, don't worry if you forget as our admin staff will send a invite out to you.

All Diabetic patients are seen twice a year for review. The Diabetic clinic is ran by the practice nursing team, if you know when you are due you can book in with one of our practice nurses, if you are unsure when your review is due you can contact the reception team who will be happy to inform of this, don't worry if you forget as the practice admin team will send you an invite to attend.

We offer an annual heath check to all patients with a learning disability.

Currently at the practice we do not fit IUD's or implants, but we are happy to offer advice and information.

The practice offers a minor surgery service which includes the removal of moles and skin lesions. You would initially need an appointment with one of the GP's for a review and then if appropriate your name will be added to the practice waiting list, not all thing can be removed in the surgery and sometimes referral to secondary care is necessary.
