SUNDERLAND EXTENDED ACCESS SERVICE INFORMATION

Extended Access is a service available to registered patients in Sunderland, run by local GPs ensuring everyone has easier more convenient access to GP services, including appointments at evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

To access this service your health records currently held with your GP will be shared electronically with Extended Access health professionals. For further information on record sharing please click the link on the left hand side of this page.
