Patients whom are asthmatic will be expected to attended a formal review each year with one of our Practice Nurses. A reivew of you treatment (medication) will also need to be done annually. This is to ensure on-going prescribing of your regular repeat treatment.

The Health Visior is available by appointment at our Warren Farm health Centre.

We offer travel health and immunisation at the practice. You need to request a travel questionnaire from reception to complete and return to the surgery reception. The Practice Nurse will then check what immunisations you require and an appointment can then be made.

NOTE: Yellow Fever vaccinations are not available at the practice but at dedicated Yellow Fever travel centres.
