This service requires a referral by your GP

Advice on how to manage your asthma and to provide regular/annual check ups to discuss inhaler usage, peak flow rates, prescriptions etc. All asthmatics on current asthma medication will be invited to attend at least once every fifteen months.

8 week child development checks are carried out by by the GP - please ensure you bring your child's red book with you to this appointment and that you have your child weighed and measured by the health visitor before you attend this appointment.

All scheduled child immunisations - you will usually receive a written invitation but are also welcome to phone and book an appointment if your child is due a vaccination. Please bring your child's red book.

Advice on how to manage your condition. Spirometry and peak flow readings. Advice on medication.

This service requires a referral by your GP

We do not currently fit IUDs or Implants but we can see you and advise you on the best options for you and signpost you to local services

Minor Surgery is not carried out on the premises but referral to a nearby clinic can be made if appropriate

High level counselling including CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for moderate to severe anxiety and depression, post traumatic stress disorder, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder
Up to a maximum of 6 one to one sessions are available here at the surgery.
