A 10 minute blood monitoring appointment for patients taking Warfarin medication.

You will be contacted by the practice annually to attend for an asthma review however, if you want to be seen sooner to discuss management of your condition please contact reception.

The Health Visitors can be seen at Collington Avenue.

You will be contacted by the practice annually to attend for a COPD review however, if you want to be seen sooner to discuss management of your condition please contact reception.

We now have the facility to take blood from patients, saving you a trip to the community clinics or the hospital. We have a phlebotomy clinic every Tuesday at the surgery between 8.30-10.00am (appointments must be booked). Our Practice Nurse can also do blood tests if you are unable to make the phlebotomy clinic on Tuesday mornings. Please book an appointment at reception.

Going abroad? Not sure if you need any vaccinations? Give us a call about 6-8 weeks before you plan to go abroad, our receptionists will need the following information.............. Where are you going? How long for? What type of accommodation are you staying in? Are you stopping anywhere on the way? The practice nurse will then assess what vaccines you require and we can arrange an appointment.
