A Dementia Support Worker from the Alzheimer’s Society will be at the Practice on the first Wednesday of every 2nd month, providing support, information and guidance to people with dementia and their carers; helping to maintain their independence, improving their sense of well-being, and putting them in more control of their lives. They can offer advice about the range of services and benefits that are available to you. We hope this will provide a valuable and supportive resource for you. The next clinic is planned for Wednesday 7 August 2019, and if you would like to book an appointment with the Support Worker, please contact the Ramsey Health Centre on 01487 812611. Appointment times are for 45 minutes
