Welcome suggestions & coments from my patients. Join us in the Patient Participation meetings which are held on every 1st Wednesday of month at Albert Road. Our Practice Manager is available to help you with administrative and non-medical aspects of your health and treatment. You can discuss any suggestions, complaints or comments regarding the practice with her. If you have any complaint against any staff member or service provided please talk to the Practice Manager. She runs the Practice Participation Group once every month. She is well versed in various Asian languages. No appointment is necessary. We are keen to provide a high standard of service. Patients can see the Practice Nurse for their Asthma review on week days at any clinic by prior appointment also. We will invite you for Asthma annual review please bring your all medications and peak flow meter.

We recommend the full immunisation for children. If you need advice or child is due for immunisation please make appointment with the nurse along with the child red book at  0121 203 5050 . If the you cannot attend the appointment please make another appointment.

If you are suffering with COPD the practice will invite you for your annual review where the Nurse will do your annual COPD test. We encourage patients with this condition to be actively involved in their own care. We offer advice and monitoring of the disease and access to specialist services.

If you need contraception advice or Emergency contraception advice please book appointment with clinician or go to Umbrella services.

Our trained doctors run the minor surgery clinics and do joint injections only.Please call reception to book appointment with doctor.

They are qualified Health advisor. They run group sessions or one to one. If you want to see them please ask nurse or Health Care assistance to refer you to Health Exchange .

We do run our Phlebotomy services daily in the morning with appointment. . We also have a facility of City Hospital team who runs clinic in Soho Road Health centre on Monday, Tuesday, & Friday without appointment from 7.30 till 14:30 , Wednesday from 7.30 till 12:30.

Surgery runs counselling services from Monday till Friday with trained Councillors with appointments.

We advice all our patients to protect themselves by taking required travel vaccinations. Our nurses are trained.
Some travel vaccines are free and for some patients have to pay. The doctor or nurse advice on necessary vaccination and can be administer them. We are also an approved yellow fever travel clinic. Please make an appoinment at 0121 203 5050
