However we fully understand that in order to support our staff well, training and qualifications are important to allow them to deliver the best possible service.

Our clients expect their Team to be professionally trained to deal with all of the tasks required in their Support Plan. So, in addition, to a five day induction and training programme, we have an ongoing programme of staff training and professional development covering, amongst others, the following areas: -

Director and Registered Care Manager of Heritage Healthcare Solihull, Manjit Kaur is a hard-working and confident individual, with over 16 years of experience within Social Care.

Highly organised, efficient and reliable, Manjit consistently displays her commitment to her work and works with her clients to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individual and their loved ones. Manjit has excellent communication and interpersonal skills which enable her to lead and have positive working relationships with her care team

Manjit said, “I will use my skills and knowledge of the Social Care sector to develop Heritage Healthcare Solihull as a trusted care provider of choice within our community. I will take a very hands-on approach to my role as Registered Care Manager and look forward to building relationships with all of our clients.”
