This service requires a referral by your GP

Patients will be invited to attend for a review on an annual basis, any other concerns should be addressed via the normal route of a GP appointment.

If you are wanting to discuss the fitting and/or removal of IUD/Implant please make an appointment to see the GP, after further discussion an appointment will be made to attend our Family Planning Clinic where arrangements will be made to carry out the procedure.

If you require minor surgery you MUST see a GP first. The GP will then assess your need and refer you onto the minor surgery clinic for appointment.

If you require help in trying to stop smoking, please make and appointment to see our trained smoking cessation adviser's.

If you are travelling abroad and wish to discuss with someone what immunisation's etc you may require please make an appointment to see the practice nurse. You will be required to complete a travel questionnaire prior to this appointment, this is available from the reception desk or from the practice website.
