I have been working for Bupa for 10 years. I love my job and take pride in my activities programme. I really enjoy talking to our Residents and finding out their likes and dislikes. It is important to me to be able to offer person centred activities, as all our residents enjoy different things.

I am fairly new to Bupa having worked here for just over a year. I really enjoy working here, there is a great team atmosphere. I feel rewarded when I visit residents and fix all their requests.

I have been working for Bupa for 4 years. I started here as a staff nurse and then progressed to Deputy Manager which I have been doing for just over two years now. I am particularly proud of the team here at Ardenlea Grove, we all support each other. I love meeting new Residents and their families, everyone has a different story to tell, which makes my job role really interesting.
