Asthma Clinic - Asthma ReviewThese clinics provide regular checks for all patients with asthma.
Through these clinics we ensure you are receiving the most appropriate medication and treatment.
There is no specific clinic for these reviews, patients will be sent a letter to make an appointment annually when the review is due.
Our health visitors and practice nurses provide routine immunisations to protect young children from serious childhood diseases. We can offer up-to-date advice and guidance about these immunisations.
Vaccinations - Children: All children should be have routine vaccinations as follows:
2 months: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough), Polio, Hib & Pneumococcal
3 months: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, Hib (type b) & Meningitis C
4 months: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, Hib (type b), Meningitis C & Pneumococcal
Around 12 months: Hib (type b), Meningitis C
Around 13 months: Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR), Pneumococcal
3 years and 4 months or so after: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio & MMR
13 to 18 years old: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio
The practice provides a Diabetes Level 1 Service to our patients only

Learning disability health checkLong-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC - eg IUD or implant)
The practice provides a comprehensive service within normal surgery hours.
PhlebotomyBlood test appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings
This service requires a referral by your GP
Smoking cessation clinicThese appointments are made by prior arrangement organised through the Doctor or Practice Nurse. Although a referral is not required for this clinic patients must see a GP prior to arranging a smoking cessation appointment with the nurses.
